1. Waar dit over gaat
WAYS is een groothandel (zwembad en accessoires, beauty, huishouden, speelgoed, sport en outdoor, wonen, verzorging, zwanger en baby, tuin) met een portaal voor zakelijke partners (ways-business.com en portal.ways-business.com). Deze verklaring beschrijft welke persoonsgegevens wij verwerken, waarom, hoe lang, en met wie wij ze delen. Voor de gegevens van jouw eigen klanten bij dropship-orders zijn wij verwerker namens jou; hoofdstuk 8 is daarvoor de verwerkersovereenkomst.
2. Welke gegevens, waarvoor en op welke grond

3. Geen marketing, geen cookies van derden
Wij sturen geen nieuwsbrieven en plaatsen geen tracking- of advertentiecookies. Het portaal gebruikt alleen functionele cookies (sessie, taalkeuze, beveiliging).
4. Met wie wij gegevens delen
Hosting op een eigen server in Nederland (EER). Mollie B.V. (Nederland) voor betalingen. Google Ireland Ltd. alleen als je zelf kiest voor inloggen met Google. De Kamer van Koophandel en VIES voor de controle van je bedrijfsgegevens. Ons verzendsysteem en de vervoerder voor de bezorging. Een e-maildienst voor het verzenden van transactionele e-mail; als die buiten de EER staat, gebeurt dat op basis van het EU-US Data Privacy Framework of standaardcontractbepalingen. Wij verkopen geen gegevens.
5. Beveiliging
Versleutelde verbindingen, gehashte wachtwoorden, tweestapsverificatie voor beheerders, scheiding van klantgegevens op databaseniveau als vangnet, beperkte toegang voor medewerkers en logging van beheeracties. Wij blijven verantwoordelijk voor een zorgvuldige toepassing van deze maatregelen.
6. Jouw rechten
Je hebt recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking, overdraagbaarheid en bezwaar. Mail naar info@ways.nl; wij reageren binnen een maand. Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
7. Wijzigingen
Bij een inhoudelijke wijziging passen wij de versiedatum bovenaan aan en informeren wij partners via het portaal.
8. Verwerkersovereenkomst (dropship-orders)
Bij een dropship-order geef je ons de gegevens van jouw klant om de bestelling rechtstreeks aan die klant te leveren. Jij bent daarvoor verwerkingsverantwoordelijke, wij zijn verwerker (art. 28 AVG). Door het aanvinken van het akkoord bij je partneraanvraag gaan wij het volgende overeen:
Onderwerp en duur. Verwerking van naam, adres, e-mailadres en telefoonnummer van jouw klanten, uitsluitend om dropship-orders te verzenden en daarover te communiceren, zolang je partner bent.
Instructies. Wij verwerken alleen op jouw instructie (het plaatsen van de order) en voor geen ander doel. Wij gebruiken deze gegevens niet voor marketing en delen ze alleen met het verzendsysteem en de vervoerder.
Vertrouwelijkheid en beveiliging. Onze medewerkers zijn tot geheimhouding verplicht; de maatregelen uit hoofdstuk 5 gelden.
Subverwerkers. Hosting (Nederland), verzendsysteem en vervoerder. Wij informeren je via het portaal voordat wij een subverwerker toevoegen of vervangen; je kunt daartegen bezwaar maken.
Bijstand. Wij helpen je bij verzoeken van betrokkenen en bij een datalek; een datalek dat deze gegevens raakt melden wij je zonder onredelijke vertraging.
Verwijdering. Wij anonimiseren de gegevens van jouw klant 15 maanden na de order (na herroeping en garantie) en op jouw verzoek eerder, tenzij een wettelijke plicht anders vereist.
Controle. Op verzoek geven wij je de informatie die nodig is om aan te tonen dat wij deze afspraken nakomen.

1. What this covers
WAYS is a wholesaler (pool and accessories, beauty, household, toys, sport and outdoor, home, personal care, pregnancy and baby, garden) with a portal for business partners (ways-business.com and portal.ways-business.com). This statement describes which personal data we process, why, for how long, and with whom we share it. For the data of your own customers on dropship orders we act as processor on your behalf; chapter 8 is the data processing agreement for that.

3. No marketing, no third-party cookies
We do not send newsletters and do not place tracking or advertising cookies. The portal only uses functional cookies (session, language, security).
4. With whom we share data
Hosting on our own server in the Netherlands (EEA). Mollie B.V. (Netherlands) for payments. Google Ireland Ltd. only if you choose to sign in with Google. The Dutch Chamber of Commerce and VIES to verify your company details. Our shipping system and the carrier for delivery. An email service for transactional email; if that service is located outside the EEA, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell data.
5. Security
Encrypted connections, hashed passwords, two-factor authentication for administrators, database-level separation of customer data as a safety net, restricted staff access and logging of admin actions. We remain responsible for applying these measures with care.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email info@ways.nl; we respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
7. Changes
For a material change we update the version date at the top and inform partners through the portal.
8. Data processing agreement (dropship orders)
With a dropship order you give us your customer's data so we can deliver the order directly to that customer. You are the controller for those data and we are the processor (art. 28 GDPR). By ticking the consent box in your partner application, we agree the following:
Subject and duration. Processing of the name, address, email and phone number of your customers, solely to ship dropship orders and communicate about them, for as long as you are a partner.
Instructions. We process only on your instruction (placing the order) and for no other purpose. We do not use these data for marketing and share them only with the shipping system and the carrier.
Confidentiality and security. Our staff are bound to confidentiality; the measures in chapter 5 apply.
Sub-processors. Hosting (Netherlands), shipping system and carrier. We inform you through the portal before adding or replacing a sub-processor; you may object.
Assistance. We assist you with data subject requests and in case of a data breach; a breach affecting these data is reported to you without undue delay.
Deletion. We anonymise your customer's data 15 months after the order (after withdrawal and warranty periods) and earlier on your request, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
Audit. On request we provide the information needed to demonstrate compliance with these commitments.
